Since 2005 there have been significant changes to Transportation Legislation. All commercial transportation companies must comply with these regulations and ensure that their staff are trained accordingly.

In Alberta carriers and their drivers may be regulated by either the Federal Commercial Vehicle Drivers Hours of Service Regulation (SOR/2005-313) or the Provincial Drivers Hours of Service Regulations (AR317/2002) but not both.

Carriers are responsible for monitoring and auditing their Drivers Daily Logs.
During this course we demonstrate a practical and comprehensive procedure for accomplishing this requirement to your staff.
