However we offer numerous other driver improvement courses to enhance your defensive driving skills such as the Professional Driver Improvement Course (PDIC). This course is Alberta Government approved for 3 demerit reduction upon successful completion of the course with a minimum 80% passing grade.

In Alberta carriers and their drivers may be required by either the Federal Commercial Vehicle Drivers Hours of Service Regulation (SOR/2005-313) or the Provincial Drivers Hours of Service Regulations (AR317/2002) but not both.
Hours of Service - Federal
This Hours of Service Course provides an overview of Canada's Federal Hours of Service regulations. It is intended to help drivers and carriers understand and increase their compliance with the regulations.
Hours of Service - Provincial
This Provincial Hours of Service (Alberta) course explains the hours of service limits set out by Alberta Regulation 317/2002 and how they apply to provincially regulated carriers and drivers. Learners will cover topics such as the four duty statuses, daily log requirements, and driver and carrier responsibilities. They will also be equipped with the legislation and information required to ensure everyone's safety on the road and to reduce fatigue related incidents.
Daily Trip Inspection
This Daily Trip Inspection course provides drivers with an understanding of how to properly perform their required inspections as per National Safety Code compliance.
Weights and Dimensions (Alberta)
This course is designed as a general guideline to help commercial vehicle operators understand Alberta weight and dimension limits and the importance of adhering to them.
North American Cargo Securement
North American Cargo Securement Program is based on the NSC Standard 10 Cargo Securement approved by the Council of Ministers Responsible for Transportation and Highway Safety on June 8, 2013
